How to remove default filter in OM ECC V2/V3 for Customer Service Rep?

Due to this default filter our OM users are seeing blank dashboard unless they remove the filter for their name as Customer Service Rep in dashboard. It would be good to have some way to enable or disable this feature like profile so that all OM users can use this dashboard.
