Creating Separate Pathcode for development environment

Hey Folks,

We wanted to create one of the development environment  . We have requirement like, When we will be working one of the OMW object , if we have the token issues and until that object reaches we cannot start different requirement on that object. So we want to create separate pathcode which will connect existing system while promotion to higher environment. So that  2 separate development team can work on the development.  and we can bring the power files from new system to old system in case of needed.

We used to face object override issues so by doing , if we have this then we are good .
