P43250 get extended price error when moving partial quantity to stock on foreign currency PO release

Hello:

I'm aware of the bugs for pre 9.2 releases, we're having an issue in 9.2 - foreign currency order, partial receipt. 

Get the Extended Price Invalid error when moving from instransit to stock.  What is the workaround for this, short of reversing the receipt and trying to manipulate the unit price (not good practice)?

The price is off by .001.  Any bugs logged for 9.2?
