EMCLI and Java

running OMS 12.1.0.4

We recently had a new version of autosys installed and I see that the emcli status command now shows

Java Home              : /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/JRE_WA

Java Version           : 1.6.0.37

Prior to this change status showed:

Java Home              : /u01/app/middleware/webtier12104/jdk16/jdk/jre

Java Version           : 1.6.0.17

Now when we enter emcli login -username=sysman  we get:

Error: Connection to the current OMS could not be established. Check the log files for further details.

Log file location is : /u01/app/middleware/gc_inst1/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/emcli/setup/.emcli/.emcli.log

The log shows:
