Process Recorder in Pristine Enviornment ?

Has any one used the process recorder in the pristine environment, ? we have some customizations on the employee self serve app, and it does not allow me to record a process, but when I go to the orchestrator studio, it errors out.

I was hoping to use the pristine environment.

currently it does not allow me to record anything ? not sure if it security related, please share your thoughts.
