Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is it possible to install EBS 12.1.3 or must you upgrade from 12.1.1?

Hi,

Looking for confirmation on the following question.

Is it possible to install EBS 12.1.3 or must you upgrade from 12.1.1?

I believe there is no Rapid Install media for 12.1.3. You must install 12.1.1 and upgrade to 12.1.3.
