Additional OMS using emcli

Anyone has an example on adding additional OMS using emcli, we had performed oms cloning using the console, however we want to automate it using emcli, not sure what the syntax and parameter required. A job Add Management Service was submitted when cloning from the console, can emcli submit the same job?
