Can you reopen individual receipt lines through receiver workbench

Hi,

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2. We have a voucher which needs to be unmatched but in order to unmatch the voucher, but cannot do so because there is a closed receipt. On closer look, it seemed like that the receipt header status is "Received" but one of the lines is closed. Can we reopen individual lines through receiver workbench ? Also, is there a way to close an individual receipt line without closing out the whole receipt.
