Registering physical standby on X7-2M

Hi

We recently configured a physical standby database on X7 2-M

The database is 12c R2

After configuring the physical standby and ensuring the redo shipping and applying is working as expected, here is what

we did to register the database with the ODA cluster

srvctl add database -d proddr -o $ORACLE_HOME -p '+DATA/PRODDR/PARAMETERFILE/spfileproddr.ora' -r PHYSICAL_STANDBY -s MOUNT

srvctl config database -d proddr

Database unique name: proddr

Database name:

Oracle home: /u01/app/oracle/product/12.2.0.1/dbhome_1

Oracle user: oracle

Spfile: +DATA/PRODDR/PARAMETERFILE/spfileproddr.ora

Password file:

Domain:

Start options: mount

Stop options: immediate
