print EXC4500 pdf report in foreign language (other than English)

Hi our users from Taiwan and Japan have reported that expense report print from below navigation will not show foreign languages correctly. As a workaround, we've asked employees to print their expense report from Employee Self-service > Expense Report > Review & Submit > View Printable Report.

I searched if any bugs have been raised about this - there's one about the French language only.

Anyone out there knows much about printing pdf with Chinese & Japanese input? Thanks in advance.
