Object built but not effect on server

Hi! We have a customer on E910 Tools 9.1.3. The developer complains that certain interactive programs he modified work fine in local web but not when deployed to server. The program should highlight grid rows upon certain criteria are met. He said it works in fat client local web but not on server. He suspects that the package build has problem because he saw the build report (as attached) all record read/write are zero (0). I examined the build log and didn't find anything error. Any idea how to troubleshoot?
