Soft limit stack not applying according to /etc/security/limits.conf

Hello,

i've got a real problem with configuring Oracle Linux 7.6 to install oracle db.

The installation guide says that i have to set stack soft limit for oracle user to 10240 at least.

I installed the Oracle preinstallation RPM, checked limits.conf file and everything seems to be set correctly. Every limits from the file are applied except soft stack limit which is still on 8192.

What should i check, how can i solve this problem?

Can I ignore that and install Oracle 11.2.0.4 safely?
