Updating THTY in F06156

We have an employee that was not setup as FICA/Medicare exempt for his first payment.  He was changed for all future payments and now we have history records where THTY = blank and THTY = 4.  It appears that through available applications we can 'fix' all the blanks and change the history to be '4' records except for in table F06156.  Is there any way to get to field THTY in table F06156 to update it (other than SQL).
