OEM AMP patching : multiple Primary Application Nodes

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

This is a question about patching inside the AMP (Applications Management Pack) of OEM

I could ask the same in the OEM forum, but this plugin is quite specific, and the issue may be specific for the plug-in as well .Then again, it may also not.

So here is the issue: all our environments have a double middleware server setup, and with shared Appltop.

Upon patching (in OEM) he tries to patch the servers, but I have my two servers listed in "Primary Application Node"

It's weird in the first place that he allows for multiple entries in a section entitled "Primary .. Node", but what happens is the following:
