Invalid Item ID error message after Metadata load and Clear Invalid records

Hi Guys, last night I updated HFM with a Metadata load where the only change was a rename of a new Scenario which were misspelled and had not been used. After the load I started a "Clear Invalid records" and it has been running since - Awaiting a message in the log that it has finished. Now the Consolidation (not the renamed scenario) have started to throw huge amounts of error messages in the HFM log file.
