PN Approval workflow load error

Hi All

  When I try to load a PN Approval workflow with NO customizations in it using WFLOAD, I encounter the following errors:

wferr:

   - 382: Design Validation generated 3 warning(s).  You may save invalid definitions but they should not be used in running process.

   ----

   - 354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'PNAPPRWF/VALIDATE_LEASE_REQUEST'.

   - 347: Invalid result type 'PN_VALIDATE_REQUEST'.  Result type must be a valid lookup type.

   ----

   - 354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'PNAPPRWF/SELECT_APPROVER'.

   - 347: Invalid result type 'APPROVER FOUND'.  Result type must be a valid lookup type.

   ----

   - 354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'PNAPPRWF/PN_PROC'.
