Windows file server fails during live migrate: xenvbd.sys error

Hi,

Oracle VM Manager

Version: 3.4.6.2105

Build: 20181118_2105

OVS: 3.4.6

ZFS Appliance ZS3-2, model Sun Netra X4270 M3

Windows PV driver version 3.4.4

Problem: When live migrating a Windows 2012 file server, Windows fails to boot, showing the error message below. The last part is a brand new error for us, first time we're encountering it.

Error message begins with the standard:  "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info... bla". It then stays stuck at 0% progress. The last part of the error message states: " SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (xenvbd.sys).

Workaround: Kill the VM. Manually start the VM. Windows boots normally.
