Restrict media object attachments to read only

Hi All,

is there anyway to restrict users to download media object attachments, we want to allow them read only access in media viewer. right now they can open the pdf file and save as on desktop or downloading on their pcs. any third party software have this solution?

JDE E1 9.2 / 9.2.1.9 on windows 2012
