JDE Bulk User ID creation and Assign security without manual intervention

Hi All,

We have requirement of bulk user id creation and assign role. Also required to assign JDE security to those bulk id's without manual intervention.

How can we achieve that. Do we have standard JDE functionality. Or do we have any API's which can be used by third party script.

Tools 9.2.2.1

Platform : Oracle Linux 7.3

Database: Oracle 12.1.0.2
