Calendar Days and Purchased Item Leadtime

Is it possible to configure a calendar that MRP uses when calculating the order date for a purchased line.

e.g. On the run up to any national holiday, it would be useful if MRP adds the number of non-working days to the existing purchased item's leadtime.

Purchase Item A Leadtime = 20 days

National Holiday 25 Dec 2019 to 01 Jan 2020

If item is required by the manufacturing plant on 02 Jan 2020, current Order Date calculated by MRP using std calendar days = 13 Dec 2019

Desired Order Date = 06 Dec 2019
