Oracle patch 26399839 conflicts with the Oct PSU:30138470

We are upgrading our databases from 12.1.0.2 to 12.2.0.1.

We have hit the bug in this article: Setting Secure Password Role In A Proxy Session Fails After Upgrade To Oracle 18.5 (Doc ID 2553171.1)

When I run a conflict check I'm getting:

Conflicts/Supersets for each patch are:

Patch : 26399839

        Conflict with 30138470

        Conflict details:

        /opt/oracle/app/product/12201/db_1/lib/libserver12.a:kzs.o

        /opt/oracle/app/product/12201/db_1/lib/libserver12.a:kzp.o

        /opt/oracle/app/product/12201/db_1/lib/libserver12.a:kzu.o

        /opt/oracle/app/product/12201/db_1/lib/libserver12.a:kslt.o

Anyone out there had this issue and have a fix for it?
