Do Suppliers need to acknowledge their intent to participation before submitting responses?

Suppliers are encouraged to acknowledge heir participation intention after receiving the invitation email. Such a acknowledgment are intended to enhance communication between SUTD Procurement and suppliers, and inform SUTD Procurement of the potential participation. It is not mandatory to acknowledge your intent before submitting response. You can still proceed to submit a quote without acknowledging your intent. Please refer to Section 2 below for the details on acknowledgment of participation.
