APP-INV-05701: Warning: Cannot retrieve the currency exchange rate

We are getting the following error and cannot figure out the issue.  We have setup daily rates for CA to USD and vice-versa.

APP-INV-05701: Warning: Cannot retrieve the currency exchange rate

Cause: Currency conversion rate for the desired date and rate type &CONV_TYPE has not been defined between

&FROM_CURR and TO_CURR.

Action: Use the Define Daily Conversion Rates form in Oracle General Ledger to define the required conversion rate.
