E1:46: New locations not being considered in pick request process (Random Rules)

Hi,

I'll try to resume. I've been working on these a few days and im really desperate, hope you can help!.

We have some locations assigned to a random rule in P46095. Everything works fine for them

Then i have created a few more locations inside the same warehouse with the same configuration in F4100, pick zone, characteristics, etc.

Now I have rebuild the random locations by launching R46821 and R46027 and I see that the new locations appear as random (ok). All locations with same characteristic so they should all valid for the item in the process pick request.
