1. Could you please help me to explain how the business/system works when the "Can Change Approval Hierarchy flag" is checked for Purchase Requisitions.

2. Could you please help me to explain how the business/system works when the "Can Change Approval Hierarchy flag" is unchecked for Purchase Requisitions.
