Extra line in the top of the excel sheet generated by RTF(Rich Text Format) template

Extra line in the top of the  excel sheet generated by RTF(Rich Text Format) template. We are using BI Publisher tool to create RTF template. And when we generate report in Oracle Agile PLM, there are 3-4 extra lines in the Report. The report contains multiple sheets, in all those lines we are getting 3-4 extra lines in the top of the Report.

Can you please let us know the issue behind these extra lines?
