OM_EC running longer - Can we cancel and re-run?

Hi,

OM_EC electronic commerce process running very long today seems to stuck in some recursive call? Can we cancel and re-run another instance? DO we need to update any already committed transaction to re-process? If someone can provide some direction on this would be helpful
