Incorrect shipment consolidation at sales order entry

Hi All,

We are using JDE 9.1 , facing an issue related to shipment consolidation.

Transportation is activated  => In transportation constants => Only 'Dispatch group compatibility check' is turned ON  , Shipment consolidation mode = Transaction consolidation

There are 4 items with following setup of dispatch group in Item master>Additional info

A => Dispatch group = DISP

B , C , D => Dispatch group = blank

No setup done in Storage/Shipping page.

Issue is w.r.t item B

If a sales order is entered using A,B,C,D items , system is generating one shipment number for items A and B and another shipment number for C and D
