Automatically autocreate POs for certain approved iProcurement purchase requisitions  .. R12.2.8

Problem Description

Hi ,

(A) Our current process is

(1) Create requisition in iProcurement

(2) Managers approve the requisition in iProc

(3) After approval the requisitions shows up in the AutoCreate form

(4) The Buyer manually Autocreates them

(5) PO goes to approval

(6) After approval are completed PO gets created

(B) New Requirement

-------------------------

(1) Create requisition in Iprocurement

(2) Managers approve the requisition in iProc and status changes to APPROVED

(3) if the requisition falls under 20000 USD then automatically AutoCreate the PO without buyer need & Auto Approval

Note:-

-We are not using AME for both PR & PO Approvals but using Approval Groups / Approval Assignments for our Approval process .
