DOWNLOAD_CVU Job failes with patch ID 17302090

Hi everybody,

since 4 days our DOWNLOAD_CVU Job in OMS Cloud Control 13.2 failes with the following erros:

processing Patch with ID: 17302090
ERROR: Patch data does not exist for 17302090
Processed raccheck components. Status: false
Processed kfod components. Status: false

I did some research in MOS and found the following MOS Note:

I followed the provided solution, but the error persists.

Than i tried to download the latest RACCHECK file from MOS, because of MOS Note EM 12c, EM 13c: How to upload the latest CVU or RACCHECK file to the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Software Library (
