SNMP configuration

Hello guys

I'm news to DSR and I just wanted to make a question regarding SNMP configuration , I've downloaded the MIB from the site , customer has uploaded on their SNMP Manager MIBs EAGLEXGDSR-MIB.mib and EAGLEXGDSR-TC.mib found in DSRmib-8.2.0.0.0_82.15.0.zip

Customer is receiving traps but is not able to decode , they have also tried to upload on a MIB browser but seems that also snmpv2-smi-rmon2-mib and tekelec-toplevel-reg are needed .  Do u know where can I find them ? and are they really needed ?

please if u can help and give me soma advice on getting basic SNMP to work is really appreciated ;-)
