Using a Component Interface to upload new effective dated rows for PS_BN_RATE_TBL

Hello,

I am trying to upload new effective dated rows into PS_BN_RATE_TBL but am getting errors when I attempt to submit. Everything I have read says that I should be able to add the rows using the CI "Update" function but it is giving me these errors whenever I try:

Does anyone have any experience with CIs and getting these errors when triyng to add rows into this table? Hopefully this is in the right area, please let me know if it should be somewhere else.
