Client Timezone profile does not work

Hi,

We have server timezone in GMT and client timezone is set to CST for particular users. Also profile "Enable Timezone Conversions" is set to "Yes" at site level. But still when users for whom the Client Timezone profile is set open sales order form, the time is displayed in GMT. Are there any additional steps to be performed?
