is there a way to configure due date for benefit life event enrollment

Hello,

I'm looking to see if anyone can tell me if there is a way to configure a due date for benefit Life event enrollment based on the self reported event date. If for example an employee reports a life event occurring on Dec 1, prohibit the employee from making any election after Jan 1 via the self service Life enrollment page.
