invalid token error on AIS when use F5 Load Balancer

Hello,

When users use mobie application their session are expired and found the following log:

WARN][AIS]E1RestTokenManagerV2 postE1RestValidateToken: Invalid Token: Please Request a New Token java.lang.Exception: Invalid Token: Please Request a New Token

We have F5 load balancer in front of 2 AIS server, we found this document regards load balancer: (AIS " INVALID TOKEN" with AIS Mobile Apps behind a Load Balancer (Doc ID 2445877.1)).

We need more details about configuring load balancer with JSESSION cookies and what is the name of these cookies files?
