OTL error message Maximum Number of Holiday hours exceeded

This year we added 3 more Holidays at the end of the year, I updated the Holiday Calendar with these dates. When submitting a time-card using the work template, I am receiving the following Error message in OTL: "You have entered more than the maximum number of holiday hours per year". Is there a parameter I need to update to increase the maximum number of days allowed? We are on EBS R12.
