Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Experts,

I am working on SMS Templates ,Part of testing found that & is considered by the system .

Delivered message not Showing the Special Character '&'

Need your support on how i can display the '&' Special Character ,Is is bug on Siebel 8.1.1.10 .

If it is bug kindly share me if you have any work around for SMS Templates.
