How to Create a Service Contract with Quarterly Billing From Order Management 12.1.3

Dear,

We are using Order Management Module 12.1.3 without Service Contract Module and CRM

Our requirement is to create Sales Order for Service Items (Non-Inventory Items) with multiple lines. Each Line will have different request and shipping dates (quarter wise).

Once sales order is booked, system should automatically generate billing lines / invoices (quarter wise invoices) in AR Module.

Please advice how this is possible within OM Module version 12.1.3
