SHIP_DATE_ACTUAL is NULL in RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL for Non-Inventory Items

Dear Team,

We are using OM 12.1.3.

Have defined Item Master for Non-Inventory Items and created Sales Order which requires ONLY: Entry/Booking and Invoicing.

Scenario:

Sales Order with multiple lines and ship to dates (in different periods). When the order is interfaced to RA Interface, SHIP_DATE_ACTUAL is NULL.

In the above scenario only one AR invoice is created with multiple lines in the same GL period. However, it should have created multiple AR Invoices with different GL Dates based on ship to dates.

Please advice how we can achieve this to have multiple invoices for Non-Inventory Items BELONGING to same Sales Order and different ship dates..
