Siebel/User Preference Files not connecting

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

We have 2 Linux AOM servers siebel load balanced and pre-loadbalanced with an F5...which have a shared and mounted NSFv4.0 for storing UserPrefs. Today, 1 server is pulling the preferences file, the other is not. In the past, I have deleted the sadmin sales preference file, which has fixed the issue. However, the latest episode is not being fixed by the same action of deleting the sadmin sales file. Both AOM servers are connecting to the mounted/shared drive.

Any ideas why the one server is not pulling the preferences files, or how to fix the issue when 1 server is accessing/connecting to the files and the other is not?
