Hi,

We are seeing the following error:

ERROR [ ] 2019-11-21 11:17:43,389 problem printing receipt :: dtv.hardware.posprinting.AbstractPrintQueue [PosPrintThread-1]

dtv.hardware.posprinting.PosPrinterException: jpos.JposException: UnicodeDLL:-10An undefined parameter value was set.

Any suggestion would be appreciated!
