JDE for iPad app lost functionality.

I have the JDE for iPad application installed and I am running iOS 12.4.3. After logging in there is only one E1 page showing and available. No menu, page icon in bottom right is gone, etc. There is no functionality. I also am running the app on another iPad with iOS 13.2.2 and getting the same result. Have deleted and reinstalled app several times and still no functionality. Has anyone heard of a fix? Thank you.
