maz report size, bi publisher, how change

Tengo problemas para ejecutar un informe en BI PUBLISHER con la Plataforma Unificador en la nube, los cuales ya estaban probados en ambiente temporal y ahora en productivo y no funcionan. Me marca como error y exceso en el límite de datos, Alguien sabe como se soluciona?

I have problems executing a report in BI PUBLISHER with the Unifier Platform in the cloud, which were already tested in a temporary environment and now in production they no longer work. It marks me as an error and excess in the data limit, does anyone know how to solve it?
