Hello MOSC SMEs, I need your valuable advice on the BOM Calendar Shifts/Workday patterns.

We have requirement to address business request where WIP Job honors the Workday Shifts as per the local time.
As a sample of 3 set of Shifts and each shift having 3 breakups on a 5 On 2 Off Workday Pattern(Mon-Fri)
Shift 1

Start Time   End Time
5:30 AM      9:00  AM
9:15 AM     11:00 AM
11:40AM    13:30 PM

Shift 2

Start Time      End Time

13:30 PM      17:00 PM
17:15 PM      19:00 PM
19:40 PM      21:30 PM

Shift 3

Start Time      End Time

21:30 PM      01:00 AM
01:15 AM      03:00 AM
03:40 AM      05:30 AM

Server is based out of EST Timezone Country (GMT -5)
Client is based out of CET Timezone Country  (GMT +1)
So there is a gap of 6 hours between two timezones and when we set the above shifts with local time WIP discrete Jobs donot honor the Workday Pattern of 5 On 2 Off i.e it is Considering Saturday as working Day.
