E1 Services failed to restart with msg ERROR: Failed to open file '/QSYS.LIB/system.LIB/LOG.FILE/PT

We installed the E920 TR 9321 on th eDR box.    When starting the services, it is giving error message

ERROR: Failed to open file '/QSYS.LIB/system.LIB/LOG.FILE/PTF.MBR'

The PTF.MBR i s available in /QSYS.LIB/E920SYS.LIB/LOG.FILE/PTF.MBR     but during service start , it is trying to locate the file in  /QSYS.LIB/system.LIB ?

Can you help? why is this looking at system.lib which does not exists?
