Vertex 7.0 STQ Integration to E1 9.2

Hi,

I am trying establish ODBC connections based on the documentation from Oracle, Vertex and IBM. The I-Series is our JDE E1 server and the Vertex STQ 7.0 software has been installed, but when I attempt to connect using the ODBC 32 Bit connection it fails. Anyone who has successfully implemented Vertex STQ 7.0 with E1 please contact me, I would love review my implementation steps to see what I am missing.
