Bulk Request - Question about agreement and sales order
Hello Experts!
Customer is facing the below:
When Sales Order is created from Bulk Request, the field Agreement Name is never set and as a consequence the reprice function is not working.
Is it a normal behaviour ? Or am I missing something ? I thought that with an account having an agreement (account set during the bulk creation), the order would be created with the agreement name field set.
I have checked some of the workflow called during the submit process (like ABO Bulk Request - Inclusive Process Action Sub-Process Workflow ) but I didnt find anything worthwhile.
