Is there a way to change the default prompt value on the workforce insight analytics?

The workforce analytics (current headcount, headcount movement etc) default in business unit STATE and we would like to change that value.  I have tried changing the prompt value in the pivot gird itself and added a default value to the prompt on the query but neither have worked.  Is there a way to change which value is prompting in on a pivot grid?
