Electronic EEO-1 Report output file question/s

Is there any documentation on setting up the Electronic EEO-1 Report regarding the configuration involved to have the output file in the CSV upload format?

It has come to my attention that our HCM analyst is spending 1+ day converting the current output file in Excel format (800+ lines w/200 columns) into the required upload of .csv format.

I would like to relieve them of that task - if possible.

I found the discussion for ‘How to save output of Electronic EEO Report in UTF-8 without BOM’ (May 2018) which helped somewhat…but my version on Notepad ++ (7.8.1) does not have the same
Encoding drop down list as shown in the discussion.
