Inter-Org Transfer interface (Cost reduction)

I have developed a customize form to perform inter-org transfer. (Oracle EBS version 12.1.1)

Q. Now i need to slash the inventory cost to half (-50%) to all transferred materials. How can this be achieved?

in the standard inter-org transfer form; we are using the MTL_TRX_LINES.FREIGHT_CENT_TRX_VALUE=-50 field to slash the material cost by 50%
